We at Gulal customize and tailor-make our products to make it original and individual to our Consumers. There is a growing desire to consume one-of-a-kind and bespoke products, which is why we offer:

Custom fits: You send us the required measurements and we shall try to tailor-fit it for your needs. For custom fitting, measurements need to be accurate and precise.

Color options: Depending on the current collection Gulal is offering and availability of material in the market, we can customize the colors of the product for you.

Price of the product may increase or decrease depending on the desired customization.

For any customization or alteration it is mandatory to pay fully in advance, before the goods are put into production or alteration.

No returns or refunds of Customized products.

All customizations and alterations may take up to 3 weeks to manufacture & dispatch the products.

For any alterations after the product has been received by the customer, all the shipment charges will have to be borne by the customer.

All rights to accept or reject a customization request solely rests with Gulal.
